About Us
I started Strategic Value, LLC in 2007 after spending 15 plus years in manufacturing in my early career and then managing JCIT International, Inc. as its Chairman CEO for over 10 years. During this time a model continued to evolve on how to practically, cost effectively and more importantly, effectively, help manufacturing businesses improve and succeed in light of what have always been challenging times for these businesses. There are three fundamental paradigm shifts underway, 1) increasingly companies are becoming better versed and more aware of the many business process improvement toolsets and methodologies as a result of a maturing of the technologies and the knowledge base of the staff who deploy them (albeit an overwhelming amount of information), 2) there is an increasing need by companies to pursue aggressive improvement programs and most importantly 3) there are ever increasing application opportunities for the business process toolsets that exist.
