Using the Strategic Value Map we create an enterprise view of your value chain and interconnecting value streams to identify specific challenges in performance compared to industry peers.  We use Strategy Deployment as a foundational alignment tool to align the business, top to bottom, and to create a scientific and clearly defined strategic and tactical roadmap for the business.  This process also produces powerful views of the business in terms of constraints, the need for additional tool sets not currently in use and the reality of results of current programs and improvement activities.

In our view, the only effective way to deploy and sustain continuous improvement across the enterprise is to create a robust internal program utilizing continuous improvement tool sets as needed and where needed.  Random acts, in the end, will not sustain.  It is impractical to assume that one specific methodology approach will provide the long term sustaining results that are needed for innovative manufacturing companies.  Rather a “mosaic” or best of breed approach gives companies more flexibility and better returns on continuous improvement efforts.
